Woodhouse Moor parkrun (once known as Leeds parkrun) played host not just to the sterling Wrangthorn Church Runners last week but also to a selection of the excellent Christian Runners UK. Around a dozen in all.

Jim Rowland reports Wrangthorn ‘were delighted to see the visitors at Woodhouse Moor parkrun. Some of them had run it before and they seemed to like being back. We enjoyed the coffee, food and chat afterwards’.

Between them they spread from position 10 to 364 – so a tangible presence.

No problems either for John Bonner who is both a UK parkrun tourist (20+ locations) – and on tour with Calamity Jane, pictured here with Jason.

Brilliant to see groups meeting up, and spreading the word, awesome work folks.
