On 18th March we have a ‘not a mob match’ which is us trying out a new idea; a ‘Tourist event’. Basically we’d like to encourage you to try a new parkrun, either solo, or in a group, and send us in a photo or a little ‘report’. It’s a chance to fly the flag for your club somewhere else, and have some fun with a new location at the same time. You could even meet up with another club.

So for example here’s one I prepared earlier;

Here’s three Chiltern Church Runners & a Good Shepherd runner outside the cafe at Burgess parkrun on a bracingly fresh morning – it was a lovely flat and fast tarmac course, with a very encouraging event team.

I know Beacon Church have done a great sponsored ten different parkrun events in ten weeks before, and Selsdon Baptist Church have had a little wander over to visit Beckenham Place – so hopefully at least some of you will rise to the challenge.
